The set is missing Volume I. The books are bound in the original dark green cloth boards and in half leather which is rubbed and chipped at the edges.There are lined gilt decorations on the edges, and a gilt title on the spine. The boards are rubbed and stained. In Volume II the end papers and the front title page damaged by insects. Volume III has loss to the tail of the spine. Internally both volumes are in very good condition. A very good copy in good only boards.
