Samuels was from the Industrial Union Department AFL-CIO, and from the title page: "These papers are being printed both as The American Journal of Industrial Medicien, Vol.9, Number 1, 1986, Irving J Selikoff, Editor, and as The Environment and Workplace and Human Values, edited by Sheldon W. Samuels." I don't think this book has ever been read.
