The back board is badly rubbed and both are chipped at the edges; the front end paper is missing and there is an ownership stamp on the title page and the back paste down; page 141 has a small triangle missing at the bottom right hand corner and the tail of the spine is exposed. For all its faults, it remains a very good second hand copy, clean and solidly bound.
