The pages are tanned, and a short tear on the edge of page 9 repaired with clear tape; the outer edge of the preliminaries have a water stain which does not affect the printing; there's a small stain on the tail; from the preliminaries and through to page 6 the edge of the pages are brittle, and some have minor loss to the corners, which is not a problem with the rest of the book.; and finally there is an ownership inscription on the front end paper, chillingly and probably knowingly dated 23.
