The front hinge has been reinforced with acid free tape; there are two 2 stamps on the front cover, one the publishers', the other the bookseller and intermittent minor foxing throughout. There is an ownership signature and a lovely dedication: " Zur Erinnerung an der 29 September 1900 London " with an illegible name. No publishing date, mid to late 1800s.
