The binding of the book has been reinforced with staples and the wrappers covered in contact; the accession stamp on the front cover has been heavily obliterated with green texta, which has leaked onto the front paste down; there is also a library stamp on the head of the front cover and a smaller one on the back paste down, as well as two Dewey labels, one on the front, one on the back. The bulk of the stamps are all on the title page, which has also been damaged at the edge by hungry insects. There is a blank date due slip on the back end paper, and the last page, a photo, has become detached from the staples but remains connected to the book because of the contact cover. No a pretty copy, but basically a sound one, and not as awful as the long catalogue of faults suggests. On the title page: "An overview of Seventeen gun killings which took place in Australia during the years 1987 to 1992, and an examination of the attempts to control gun misuse as a result of the Killings" 43 pages, please check with us for an accurate postage cost.
