The book suffers from a multitude of issues: the red spine strip is detached at the head the front hinge is cracked, causing the body of the book to be partially detached, though still firmly held in place by the back one; a small section the spine is unravelling towards the head, where it is also fraying and the boards are chipped at the edges; there are intermittent short tears throughout the book. The book has clearly been loved and frequently read. In its favour, the illustrations are still sharp and the pages clean. "...
